Orange and Lemon Tree villas, are two beautiful Mediterranean style semi detached villas, set in their own extensive grounds with large private pool and stunning mountain views. They are located in a quiet rural area, but only ten minutes stroll from the charming town centre of Dalyan. The villas were newly built by a local architect in 2004. Each villa has two air conditioned double bedrooms, with traditional stripped wooden floors, fitted wardrobes and balconies with stunning mountain views. The ground floor is spacious and open plan with ceramic tiled floors and marble staircase leading to the first floor. There is a fitted Shaker style kitchen, dining area with handcrafted pine table and chairs to seat 6, bright airy lounge with 2 double sofa beds, downstairs w.c. and under stairs utility room with washing machine, iron / ironing board and clothes airer. A door from the dining area leads onto the large shaded terrace, with terracotta tiled canopy roof, furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a stone terrace, furnished with sunbeds and parasols within a beautiful large garden with fruit trees, shrubs,flowers and a lawned area.

The pool and garden have stunning uninterrupted mountain views. The villas are cleaned weekly and a welcome hamper or full fridge are available on request. All bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided.
We try to be as flexible as possible with changeover days and arrival / departure times .

Each villa has a large shaded terrace , equipped with table,chairs & BBQ for alfresco dining. The pool is surrounded by a sun bathing terrace, furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The large garden has a lawned area and is filled with an abundance of flowers, shrubs and fruit trees.

Dalyan has something to offer all ages,it is a lovely uncommercialised riverside town,with a wide range of interesting shops, bars and restaurants.The local beach is a 3 mile stretch of soft golden sand,framed by a backdrop of pine covered mountains.Itis beautiful and unspoilt,as it is a conservation area,protected as the sea Turtles nest here. It has been voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, totally safe for children, as it is gently shelving.
There are numerous activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, white water rafting, sea kayaking,island boat trips, moonlight boat trips, horse riding, quad biking, jeep safari, turtle watching, village tour,Turkish bath,mud baths,thermal springs,belly dancing,yoga and Turkish cookery classes are available as well as excursions to local ancient sites such as Caunos and those a little further away such as Ephesus and Pammukale.
