Orange and Lemon Tree villas, are two beautiful Mediterranean style semi detached villas, set in their own extensive grounds with large private pool and stunning mountain views. They are located in a quiet rural area, but only ten minutes stroll from the charming town centre of Dalyan. The villas were newly built by a local architect in 2004. Each villa has two air conditioned double bedrooms, with traditional stripped wooden floors, fitted wardrobes and balconies with stunning mountain views. The ground floor is spacious and open plan with ceramic tiled floors and marble staircase leading to the first floor. There is a fitted Shaker style kitchen, dining area with handcrafted pine table and chairs to seat 6, bright airy lounge with 2 double sofa beds, downstairs w.c. and under stairs utility room with washing machine, iron / ironing board and clothes airer. A door from the dining area leads onto the large shaded terrace, with terracotta tiled canopy roof, furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a stone terrace, furnished with sunbeds and parasols within a large garden with fruit trees, shrubs and flowers.

The pool and garden have stunning uninterrupted mountain views. The villas are cleaned weekly and a welcome hamper or full fridge are available on request. All bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided.
We try to be as flexible as possible with changeover days and arrival / departure times .

Dalyan has a wide range of interesting shops and a fascinating weekly market.The local beach, Turtle Beach has been voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is a designated conservation area, as the famous Loggerhead Turtles nest there. It is a long stetch of gently shelving soft sand with crystal clear water, framed by a beautiful backdrop of pine covered mountains. It is a short bus or boat ride from the villa, the bus stop is 2 minutes from the house. A local shop 2 minutes from the house sells all the necessities, with a larger super market in the town.
There are numerous restaurants and bars, many with wooden platforms built out over the river. Turtle watching trips are available and a trip to the mud baths and hot springs just across the river is not to be missed! There are also Turkish Baths available locally. There are many interesting ancient historical sites to visit.

High Season Price : £550 per Week
