Villa Hatira is a large private villa set in its own garden and benefits from a large private pool. The villa sleeps six in two double and one twin bedroom all with their own shower rooms. The two double bedrooms have their own balconies which overlook the pool, garden, famous rock tombs and a newly completed park. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Downstairs is traditionaly open plan with a well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area for six guests and a sunken Turkish seating area located around a stone fireplace. Double doors lead onto a large veranda ideal for al fresco dining, which again overlooks the pool and garden.
Two further shaded seating areas are located around a bbq. The garden is well stocked with fruit trees, banana palms,shrubs and olive trees.
Villa Hatira is located only five minutes walk from the main street of Dalyan, a small town which has many bars and restaurants for the holiday maker to enjoy as well as many shops selling good quality leather, clothes, spices and gifts.
Dalyan is ideal for those who just want to relax as well as for the more adventurous who would welcome the thrill of white water rafting or mountain biking. An ideal day out is to hire one of the many boats and take a trip up stream to the lake to enjoy a bbq a swim and a trip to the sulphur pools and mud baths or out to sea to visit the many coves, again with a bbq on board.
For those who like to 'walk over history' then take the rowing boat across the river to Caunos. Here you can walk among the Roman ruined baths, theatre, and temples whilst enjoying the wonderful scenary.
Dalyan has it all, but remeber if you want beef burgers from a certain Ameriacn chain then Dalyan is not for you. You are in Turkey so enjoy the delights of Turkish cuisine.

A booking is secured by a non refundable deposit of 10%.
A security deposit of £100 is charged and returned within two weeks of departure if no breakage or damage is found.
Final payment is due 6 weeks before departure.If a cancellation is made after the final payment then no refund will be available unless another booking can be found in which case a refund of 80% will be made.
