Villa Dalyan Pearl is newly built and offers open plan living accommodation, with air conditioning throughout.
BEDROOMS: 3 double bedrooms (2 double bedded rooms, 1 with en-suite facilities and 1 twin bedded room) all with double doors onto balconettes.
BATHROOMS: Main bathroom upstairs with shower, WC, and hand basin. En-suite bathroom to main bedroom with shower, WC, and hand basin. Downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped open planned kitchen with full size cooker, and fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
LIVING ROOMS: Large open planned living area with two sets of double doors opening onto a covered balcony over looking private illuminated swimming pool. Large dining table and six chairs. Two large sofas one of which can be converted into a double bed, and armchair.
OTHER: Covered balcony with dining table and six chairs.
CLEANING/TOWELS/LINEN/MAID SERVICE: All linen and towels are supplied, there is a weekly maid service and the swimming pool is maintained on a daily basis.
NOTES: You have exclusive use of the villa and there are no extra charges. Full air conditioning is included. The services of an english speaking agent are included, and all tours, car hire, bicycles, etc. can be arranged.
