The apartment is located less than a five minute walk from the river and the town. You do not need to hire a car during your stay as you are very close to the dolmus (bus) terminal and to the river taxis. There is a plentiful supply of licensed companies offering day trips all over the region. Dalyan is a quiet agricultural town located on the stunning Dalyan delta. There is a vast supply of restaurants, bars and shops. Catch the bus to the beach which takes a scenic 25 minutes and catch the river taxi back and take in the breath taking view of the Tombs.

This is a 1st floor apartment, sharing the swimming pool and gardens with just three other apartments. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and comprises two large bedrooms, an attractive open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with a large LCD flat screen TV, satellite and DVD. The apartment has a compact but well equipped kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer and microwave. There are two balconies, with one overlooking the swimming pool and garden. All the windows have sun blinds fitted to keep the heat out and insect screens in all the rooms allowing fresh air in. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Wireless broadband is available, please note there is an additional charge for this.

The apartment is cleaned before your arrival, should you require additional maid services please request this at the time of booking. Please note there is an additional charge for extra cleaning.

The large and airy kitchen/lounge / dining room opens on to a fully furnished balcony. The lounge is furnished with a flat screen TV, a DVD player and satellite. There are two large sofas in the lounge, one is a double fully sprung sofa bed. There is also a coffee table, a dining table and chairs for 6. There are a few DVD’s, CD’s and books in the apartment for your enjoyment. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. All bed linen, luxury cotton/silk sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, and towels are provided including tea towels and pool towels.

The double bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and bedside lights. A door opens on to the rear furnished balcony.

The twin bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, a bedside table and bedside light. The spacious bathroom, comprises shower, toilet/bidet and basin set in a mirrored vanity unit.

Hair dryers are provided in both bedrooms.

The beautifully maintained garden and spotless pool area is for residents use only and has a gate to keep children safe within the grounds. The pool is cleaned daily and we provide luxury sun beds exclusively for your use.

If you hire a car there is plenty of free parking available. For larger groups we may be able to book one of the other apartments in the same block for you. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Please note the check out time on the day of your departure is 10am. Where possible we will try to find a suitable secure which may be off site for you to store your luggage until your departure and we may even be able to offer you accommodation where you will have shower facilities however this is not guaranteed. Should you wish to stay in your holiday apartment until your departure please book additional nights as required.

• Travel Info: We can arrange airport transfers for your party. For up to 4 people the cost for up to 4 people is £25.00 each way for all 4, not per person. The transfer time from Dalaman airport to Dalyan is 30 minutes. Transfers for larger groups can also be arranged. Our local agents based in Dalyan can also organise car hire, cycle rentals as well as day trips including scuba diving.
