3 bedroom interior-designed villa with two pools and on-site restaurant. Villa has garden access, with satellite TV. Lakeside Villa is in real Turkey, with no high rise hotels or noisy discos. It is on a small complex of semi–detached villas sharing two pools with beautiful lake and mountain views. Hire a car and explore the unspoiled Turkish coastline with beautiful scenic beaches, the stunning Gocek marina, bustling local towns of Dalaman, Fethiye and Dalyan and fabulous restaurants.
Please Note:
No toilet paper is to be flushed down wc there are bins provided. Please no smoking inside property. When you leave put all rubbish out in the bins by the road. The fridge freezer most be cleaned out and if you like give unused food that you don't want to the guard. The solar switch in the fuse box on 1st floor if required to heat the water must not be left on any longer than 30 mins because it is an immersion heater and could burn out. The kettle must be turned off because it goes to standby and could burn out if left on while you are out. There is a 19 lt water dispenser which you can take when empty for a refill at a cost of 6tl name and address in villa they also do the best at 4tl Turkish delight.

Dalaman International airport is 30 minutes from villa. Straight road passing Dalaman town. Car Hire is recommended and we can arrange for you at discounted rates - approx £18 per day.

Dalaman International Airport 30 minutes by car. Dalaman town - for shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurant - 15 minutes by car. Gocek - 30 minutes by car - sophisticated marina - bars, restaurant, boat trips, shopping. Fethiye - 1 hour by car - large town.

Akkaya restaurant - 5 minute walk from villa - fabulous restaurant modelled on famous restaurant in Kenya with waterfall and birds nest tables up in the trees. Boat trips on lake can be arranged at restaurant. Akkaya lake - 10 minute walk from villa.
