This spacious, elegant self-catering holiday villa is newly built within a complex of 36 villas with 2 large shared swimming pools.  
 
The tourist season from May to October boasts beautiful weather, with average temperatures 20C - 34C. Winter breaks are available from Nov - April with mild weather and average temperature around 7 - 22C. 
 
The villa, built on 3 floors, features stone, marble and ceramics throughout and has 3 bedrooms with 2 double and 2 single beds: all bedrooms have music facilities. There are 3 bathrooms, separate shower and bath, well equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooled water dispenser, kettle, iron, microwave and cooker. The living room has Turkish fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and bed-settee for further 2 guests. There are 3 terraces with dining furniture and all rooms have patio doors leading to the terraces which all have magnificent views and striking sunsets by the beautiful lake amid the Akkaya mountains. All rooms have remote controlled air-conditioning and heating facilities.  
 
There is a fabulous outdoor/indoor restaurant amidst waterfalls and beautiful gardens 5 minutes from the villa which boasts an extensive menu at very reasonable prices.  
 
There is plenty outdoor lighting for evenings around the tended gardens and pools. 
 
It is 30 mins by car to the nearest beaches on the Turquoise coast which are unspoilt and some of the best in Turkey - ideal for water-sports, sailing and swimming, surrounded by spectacular scenery.  
 
It is 30 min by car to Dalaman, which is the nearest town with many shops, restaurants and markets. There are also many small tourist towns with delightful bazaars around this coastal region.  
 
It is suitable to spend your whole holiday by the pool or walking in the surrounding countryside if desired but there are also many local tourist attractions available. For example, river cruises, bird watching, archeological sites, island sialing trips, mud baths, thermal spas, paragliding, horse riding, fishing, river rafting.

    When you have requested a booking you will be sent a booking form by post to be signed and which should be returned to the enclosed address along with a cheque for deposit (non-refundable) of £100. The balance of payment should be sent at least one month before the holiday date. A further cheque (refundable) of £200 should also be sent a month before the holiday for the security deposit. This will be returned following inventory checking after the holiday. The rental payment covers the cost of airport transfers, use of towels/bed-linen, use of shared pools, gas, electric and water. NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL COST = flights/meals/taxis/car rental
