Spacious 2 bed apartment on lovely complex in a quiet area but just 10- 15 minutes walk to beach and restataunts/bars.

Orange Park is a well kept, spacious complex of 16 apartments arranged in 4 blocks around a large pool set in a peaceful area with lovely mountain views. The grounds of the complex are very green with water features and offer a tennis court with basket ball and a mini golf. Calis Beach is a small resort which has a relaxed atmosphere and suits families and couples.
The apartment has plenty of space and is well equipped with everything you should need to make it feel like home from home. There is air conditioning in each room.
The swimming pool is open from beginning of May to end of October.
There is a shower next to the swimmimg pool and also a toddlers splash pool.4 sunbeds and a parasol are supplied for guest's use.
Calis is a flat resort and features a long shingle beach with clear water for swimming and a long promenade with numerous restaurants and bars, there is also a small water park . It is a 15 minutes on the bus to the main town of Fethiye, a very Turkish town which features a lovely harbour area and an interesting Old Town area. Calis and Fethiye is set in a beautiful bay with many islands and with its backdrop of majestic mountains makes for a stunning setting. Calis is a perfect base for exploring many interesting places that surround it - historic sites, beautiful beaches and natural sites, as well as many experiences that can be booked through local agencies.
The local bus is reliable and cheap and stops virtually outside the apartment to take you into Fethiye or the surrounding area.
The area enjoys a mediterranean type climate with temperatures rising into the 20s from April through to November and peaking in the 30s in July and August.
There is a grocery shop 5- 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Dalaman airport is 45 minutes in the car although we can arrange taxi transfer at very reasonable rates.

The local beach is 10- 15 minutes walk which has a long promenade lined with a variety of restaurants and bars. There is some watersports here. There is a small watepark in Calis. The local dolmus picks up frequently just outside the apartment to take you to Fethiye, from where you can get to the bigger beach of the area at Olu Deniz which has more watersports as well as paragliding.
There are numerous day trips and experiences that can be organised independently or booked from agencies in the town and on the promenade including trips to historical sites e.g. Ephasus, boat day trips, Gulet hire, horse riding, paragliding, scuba diving, fishing, Turkish baths and more.
The area is surounded by the beautiful Taurus mountains and there are many walks to do and beautiful beeches to find.
Calis is a small resort with a very long shingle beach. It is mainly used by couples and families and rarely any gangs of young people.
Fethiye has a pretty harbour and next to it lovely old town area.

Orange Park is a spacious complex of just 16 apartments,with lots of greenery, water features, tennis court, basket ball and mini golf area. The complex has it's own car parking area.
The apartment which is first floor consists of entrance hall leading to open plan kitchen/ dining/living area. There is another inner hall leading to bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower over and bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.There is a bed settee in the living room. There is a large balcony overlooking the complex pool with table and 6 chairs and each bedroom also has it's own balcony.
There is a 32" TV in the lounge area andplenty of childrens and adults DVDs.
The main pool, set in the middle of the complex is 14 x 8 metres and has a seperate chidren's splash pool.4 sunbeds are supplied for use around the pool.There is plenty of space for children to run around inside the complex.

High Season Price : £300 per Week

25% secures the booking, full payment is expected 6 weeks before the date booked.
If booking is within 6 weeks of requested date, full payment is required.
If cancelled 6 months before the booking a full refund is given.
If cancelled within 6 months to 6 weeks of booking a 50 per cent refund is give, if cancelled within 6 weeks of booking an 80 per cent refund is given.
A £200 breakage deposit is required with the final payment which will be refunded to you on receipt of satisfactory report from our property management team.
Payment is preferred by internet bank transfer but can be cheque also.
