This two storey luxury apartment with contemporary and stylish decor and furnishings is unusually spacious and light. The apartment offers a high standard of accommodation for those looking for the ultimate in relaxation in extremely pleasant surroundings. It sleeps six very comfortably and there are no fold down sofa beds as the property is designed for the maximum comfort and enjoyment of our guests. Being at the end of a small block and occupying the two upper floors this apartment benefits from additional light and privacy.

The lower floor has a kitchen with cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, juice maker and a dining area, living room with satellite TV (30 English channels)and universal DVD player, a double bedded room with private balcony, a twin bedded room with access to the main balcony, bathroom with modern and effective shower unit with good water pressure and a large balcony running the length of the property with a covered dining area to one side and open sun worshipers area to the other. Views from the balcony are of the pool area and mountains to the front and the sunsets over the sea to the left.

The upper floor is reached via a marble staircase and contains the master suite with king sized bed, en suite bathroom, own kitchen with cooker and hob, fridge, kettle and toaster, dining area and private roof top terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and sea.

A pin code safe is provided for storage of valuable items.

The property is set in a small and exclusive privately owned complex and has a good sized swimming pool with children's splash pool attached. Set in landscaped and well maintained gardens the walled and gated complex gives a real feeling of privacy and peace. Our in resort representatives are available 24 hours for advice or assistance with any aspect of your stay, but the on site maintenance man is always available to assist you with minor issues i.e. light bulb changes, rubbish disposal etc.
