Villa Amani a luxury 3 bedroom villa in central Yalikavak. It offers exceptional, panoramic, sunset views overlooking Yalikavak town, the Marina and the Aegean sea. Villa Amani is situated upon the surrounding hill a short 10 min stroll into the vibrant centre and the beach and restaurants. Direct flights to Bodrum. www.villa-amani.co.uk
One of fourteen properties in the exclusive and private Camelot Residence, Villa Amani provides a luxurious family retreat. The Residence, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful natural countryside, is enclosed by stone walls and has a shared pool which is open from May until September (currently being upgraded). Villa Amani is enclosed with private garden which is gated. The garden is laid to lawn with flower beds and a separate palm tree and cactus garden, as well as private parking in front of the villa.
The villa has been very tastefully furnished throughout and has a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas with large, west-facing windows in the seating area and 2 sets of sliding doors, both providing access to the stunning sea views and to the ample sun terrace. The teak dining table can comfortably seat six people. The lounge area includes a wide-screen LCD TV and satellite receiver, providing a range of English, European, American and international television and radio channels. A DVD-player and a PlayStation 2 are also provided along with a selection of PlayStation games and DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A fully automatic washing machine is included in utility cupboard. There is also a separate downstairs wc.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with ensuite shower-room and private balcony, as well as 2 further large bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). The high-quality family bathroom includes a double walk-in power shower. The galleried landing gives access to the fantastic views over Yalikavak bay. Wardrobes and cupboards in all bedrooms provide ample storage space – all bedding and towels are provided. Fully integrated boiler provides on-demand, hot water to all bathrooms and the kitchen.
High-quality tiled floors throughout help to keep the property cool during the summer. In addition the villa benefits from being fully air-conditioned throughout operated by remote controlled units in all bedrooms and lounge dining areas.
Formerly the area’s main fishing port, Yalikavak is considered the most elite village on the Bodrum Peninsula. It has a bustling centre, particularly on market day, relaxing sandy beaches, high quality restaurants as well as several magnificent bays. The surrounding hills offer a unique view of Yalikavak, arguably one of the best views on the entire Mediterranean coastline. These hills are also perfect for pleasant picnics and long walks. Yalikavak impresses with its combination of alluring traditional charm and contemporary comforts desired by today’s discerning visitor. Yalikavak has an impressive new marina complex with some very exclusive shops and cafe/bars, there is also a new amphitheatre that holds regular shows and concerts during the summer.

Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room as well as 2 further large bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin), comfortably sleeping 6. Hot water supplies all bathrooms and the kitchen. The main bathroom also boasts a walk-in power shower. Towels & linen provided. Activities
Bodrum Golf Club is a 5-hole Academy course and driving range. Membership is not required to play, club hire available.
Traditional Gulets offer boats trip from the sea front at Yalikavak. Seek out seculded beaches, visit the various bays and islands and swim, dive or snorkel in crystal clear waters
Yalikavak's beach is in the midst of the restaurants. The beach is long and sandy, you will find sun loungers and parasols that have are provided by the restaurants and cafes located nearby, the waiters will happily offer you drinks and snacks whilst you enjoy a swim and/or soak up the sun.
Yalikavak has its market day on a Thursday. It is located just off the main square in Yalikavak and has lots of stalls selling fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, spices, nuts, clothes and much more. Well worth a visit.
The marina has some very exclusive shops and cafe/bars. A new amphitheatre holds regular shows and and concerts during summer.
