The Residence, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful natural countryside, is enclosed by stone walls and has a shared pool which is open from May until September (currently being upgraded). Villa Amani is enclosed with private garden which is gated. The garden is laid to lawn with flower beds and a separate palm tree and cactus garden, as well as private parking in front of the villa. 
 
The villa has been very tastefully furnished throughout and has a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas with large, west-facing windows in the seating area and 2 sets of sliding doors, both providing access to the stunning sea views and to the ample sun terrace. The teak dining table can comfortably seat six people. The lounge area includes a wide-screen LCD TV and satellite receiver, providing a range of English, European, American and international television and radio channels. A DVD-player and a PlayStation 2 are also provided along with a selection of PlayStation games and DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A fully automatic washing machine is included in utility cupboard. There is also a separate downstairs wc. 
 
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with ensuite shower-room and private balcony, as well as 2 further large bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). Yalikavak's beach is in the midst of the restaurants. The beach is long and sandy, you will find sun loungers and parasols that have are provided by the restaurants and cafes located nearby, the waiters will happily offer you drinks and snacks whilst you enjoy a swim and/or soak up the sun. 
 
Yalikavak has its market day on a Thursday. It is located just off the main square in Yalikavak and has lots of stalls selling fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, spices, nuts, clothes and much more. Well worth a visit. 
 
The marina has some very exclusive shops and cafe/bars. A new amphitheatre holds regular shows and and concerts during summer.
