Superior and spacious 3 bed villa finished to an exceptionally high standard with breathtaking sea views overlooking Yalikavak bay. Peaceful hillside location with a large entertainment terrace for outdoor living. he villa is part of a small number of villas and apartments built by an English builder on a prestigious site on a hillside just on the outskirts of Yalikavak in 2007. The property is a triplex unit with an identical villa attached to our property and a penthouse apartment on the third level. A traditional Turkish fishing village on the Northern (quieter and less commercialised) coast of the Bodrum Peninsula. It has just started to appear in the mainstream travel brochures and so is a perfect retreat for those more discerning of travellers, looking for a quieter holiday but in easy reach of the hustle and bustle of Bodrum.
The villa sits high on a hillside overlooking Yalikavak bay and the Greek Isles beyond. The sea is in such close proximity that we guarantee you will be in awe of the views that can be seen from every South facing aspect of the property and which offer possibly the best unobstructed views in Yalikavak.
The price you pay for the views from every level is the steepness of the slope. The road is very inclined and would require a certain level of fitness to go up and down on. Renting a car is useful to avoid having to walk the incline. You can however get dropped off by taxi at the top level, walk down to the villa. When you want to go out you can get the taxi to come up the drive so that you never have to walk up the slope
Facilities
The villa sleeps up to 6 and has a large living area, luxury open plan kitchen/dining area, hallway, 2 double bedrooms 1 bedroom with two single beds 3 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a terrace for outdoor living. The quality furnishings have been carefully selected and complete the stylish finish. In the living area you will find a comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofa and several occasional cane tables; locally hand crafted furniture in both double bedrooms. All living areas have their own balconies/terrace and air-conditioning/heating units installed. The apartment is fully equipped for all your needs. Weekly cleaning service provided.
