Yalikavak is literally the gem of the Bodrum peninsula. Rarely seen in travel brochures Yalikavak remains an exclusive getaway for the discerning traveler. It is renowned for its superb sunsets its unspoiled shoreline and sparkling clean shorelines.  
Villa facilities and services: 
This two-story villa has all the amenities you can wish for and can easily accommodate six to eight guests. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike.  
First floor offers a large living room opening to a veranda, dinning room, a large bathroom, storage room, five full view windows-doors for plenty of light.  
The large open kitchen has a full range of modern appliances, a washing machine and dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine as well as plenty of pots and pants-cooking utensils, plates and saucers, cups, glasses and cutlery and coffee machine.  
The large living room is furnished with an L-shaped corner sofa that can also sleep another couple just in case you need more room for your guests. Antique dinning room table sits six to eight for your meals prepared in the beautiful and practical kitchen.  
The second floor offers a large master bedroom suite with private bathroom and balcony, two bedrooms with their own-shared bathroom.  
There is a large beautiful terrace overlooking the villa complex and the pool w. a fantastic view of the village and Yalikavak landscape.  
All floors are fully climate controlled w. air-conditioning in the summer and heating in the spring-fall and winter.  
There is plenty of wardrobe and other storage space. There is a TV with satellite connection to watch most local and EU channels.  
There are two poolside lounge chairs and a table for your use, but please make sure to take it back to the villa at the end of your stay. There is plenty of private and secure parking on the complex grounds. And, most importantly there is 24 hour around the clock security.  
This is a private gated community, with our own private parking and 24-hour security.  
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 31 October.  
You have to abide by the Villa Association rules and regulations. We can provide you with a copy of the rules list if you wish.  
This is a no smoking property. However, you can indulge in smoking in the privacy of the terrace.  
This is a self-catering villa. We provide the necessary linens and bath towels but you must bring your own swimming towels. Additional house cleaner service can be provided locally, at additional cost, on request. Please let us know ahead of schedule if you wish maid services so we can make arrangement. 
Check in time at the villa is normally be 3:00 pm at the earliest and check out time 11:00 am but we can accommodate our renters depending on their specific flights schedule in and out of Milas airport in Bodrum. Please make sure to inform us ahead of time of your exact arrival and departure times so that the best effort is made to get you into the villa as soon as you arrive.  
All linen and bath towels are included in the price. Towels are provided for your use within the villa. Please make sure to bring your own swimming towels.  
The villa will be cleaned and prepared before your arrival, including making up the beds. The refrigerator, water heater and climate control units will be turned on and fresh purified drinking water supplied.  
In case you book for more than a week, the villa will be cleaned again at the end of the first week and fresh linen and towels provided at no cost. 
Additional maid service can be provided locally, at additional cost, upon advanced request.  
There will be a local contact to sort out any problems which may arise during your stay at our villa.
