Bay View Villa is a beautiful detached villa situated on a small exclusive development with a lovely shared pool, occupying an idyllic coastal location between the picturesque fishing villages of Gumusluk and Yalikavak on the Bodrum Peninsula. The villa has stunning uninterrupted sea views from all rooms and both terraces. It is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style and is very well-equipped.
The accommodation comprises: Ground floor terrace with wooden table and chairs with a parasol from under which you can soak up the beautiful sea views. Ideal for al fresco meals or just relaxing.
A light lounge area with a large sofa that converts to two single or one double bed.
Kitchen /diner fully equipped with china and utensils for six people. Washing machine. Downstairs WC.
Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe,dressing table,air conditioning and stunning panoramic sea views. Second bedroom with twin beds,air conditioning and stunning panoramic sea views.
Roof terrace with stunning sea and mountain views. Very private, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing with a cooling drink as the sun goes down over the bay, It is furnished with large soft brightly coloured floor cushions, sunbeds and a parasol. The excellent swimming pool, which also has sea views is a minute’s walk away from the villa, it is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, furnished with sunbeds, softfloor cushions, table & chairs.
The local shop, which stocks all the usual provisions, is less than five minutes walk (you can also telephone orders to be delivered). There is a local beach within walking distance of the villa The bus stop is five minutes walk, for regular services to Yalikavak, Gumusluk and Bodrum, and other local beaches . There are also services which will take you all over the Bodrum peninsula and further afield if you wish.

Regular boat trips run from the pretty harbour.
