Our 3 bedroom villa is newly built on a small exclusive complex. It i Sest in tropical gardens with a large swimming pool with children's pool. The villa is a 10 mins stroll to the beach and bars/restaurants of the village, and only 10 miles from Bodrum. Airport transfer can be arranged. Azelea Villa offers a secure and peaceful environment with landscaped gardens and 24 hour security. It is built on the shores of the clear waters of the Aegean Sea on the Bodrum peninsula in Turkey. The fully air conditioned property sleeps 5 but can accommodate 7 with the foldaway beds. The villa is perfect for families or couples, it is tastefully furnished and there is everything you need for a perfect holiday. The ground floor terrace is ideal for eating and enjoying barbeques. This leads onto the large shared swimming pool which a perfect place to cool off whilst the roof terrace is a tranquil place to enjoy the evening sunset. Just a short 7 minute stroll to the beach and bars/restaurants of the village. The villa is 100m from the bus stop which will take you to the busy markets of Bodrum, and offers everything you need for the perfect holiday. The villa is managed by a local English company who are available to you to offer help and advice on any aspect of your stay. The villa is our family holiday home and as such we are confident that it will meet your expectations. With its private roof terrace, large balcony in the master bedroom, plus the gardens and pool area, you will be sure to find a that perfect spot for enjoying the sun. There are sun loungers and a bbq for the garden or pool area. The villa is perfect for buggies as the surrounding area is flat. 24 hour security and a full-time gardener will ensure your surroundings are of a very high standard.

There are many tours and excursions available in the area including Ephesus, Pamukkale, the mud baths at Dalyan or the historic city of Bodrum just 10 miles away. While your'e in Bodrum you can take a day trip to Kos for just £7.
