This stunning three bedroom villa has surrounding balconies on each level with a large sun terrace leading from the master bedroom overlooking an olive grove. Within the grounds of Villa de Polo there is a large swimming pool and ample space for sunbathing. Set in a peaceful rural area of Altinkum 10 minutes walk to Third beach or a 15 minute stroll to the heart of Altinkum resort where 2nd beach is located. If you prefer a more ethnic experience, Didim town with its weekly bazaar and the Temple of Apollo ruins are a short 5 minute bus ride away. 
 
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed and large sun terrace. 
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and surrounding balcony. 
Bedroom 3 with single bed which can be made into a double, with surrounding balcony.  
Bathrooms: Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with sink and wc. 
Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and sink. 
Ground floor seperate wc with sink.  
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen for that gourmet meal while the sun is setting, here you will find a hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans.  
Living Rooms: Here you will find an open plan living/dining room with double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table. Dining table and chairs.  
Cleaning/towels/ 
linen/maid service: All towels and linen are provided. The property will be cleaned and laundered prior to arrival and after departure. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning.  
 
Outside 
There is a big terrace on the ground floor of the property with large table and chairs and access to the lounge dining area and pool. Tiled area and planted gardens to the side. A large swimming pool with sun loungers and lilo's and fully tiled floor all the way round the villa. Each balcony has its own table and chairs.

A deposit of £50 is required which is non-refundable. The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to your holiday. A security deposit of £50 will be added to your final balance which will be refunded 14 days after your return once property has been checked.
