The golden sandy beach is a few minutes walk where you will find the local bus services, restaurants and snack bars, busy nightlife, funfair and lots of tourist attractions. Altinkum is perfectly placed to visit 2 major ancient sites, the Temple of Apollo at Didyama and the vast Roman ruins at Ephesus. So, if you would li

Coast/Beach 
10-15 mins walk to nearest beach. 15-20 mins walk to Dolphin squares largest beach. Number of other beautiful beaches to choose from close by. 
 
Travel 
Bodrum is the nearest airport being 75 mins away or Izmir is about 110 mins away. We can arrange private transfers to and from the airport to your luxury villa (price on per person). A car is not essential as the local dolmus (local mini-bus) runs about every 15 mins and will cost about 50p for the destination. Or take 10-15 mins walk along the golden sandy sea front promenade to Dolphin Square. 
 
Further details 
The main centre is Dolphin Square and there is a modern shopping complex. Two main supermarkets, Gima and Migros, between the seafront and town centre. Everything from disco dancing, karaoke and belly-dancing to bingo. Those who are more energetic can try their hand at wind surfing, jet-skiing, pedaloes, a banana boat ride or perhaps a scuba diving lesson all with easy walking distance.
