An ideal family holiday villa, with a fabulous 'chill out' balcaony to gaze at the stars! Being only 10 minutes from the beach, it is located on a quiet and secure private complex with 3 pools, private garden, terrace, barbecue and outside bar. Perfect for families and couples who want to escape the daily grind! The accommodation is comfortable and functional with air-conditioning and tastefully furnished from IKEA, so it is modern and neutral. There is an en-suite master bedroom with sliding doors to the balcony, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The open plan living and kitchen area which includes dishwasher, microwave,fridge etc and seperate utility room with washing machine.

Gumusluk is one of the oldest settlements on the Bodrum Peninsula, in fact it was built in the ancient city of Myndos and is therefore a protected area. The ruins can still be seen with a 'walk way' in the sea to Rabbit Island where you might just spot a bunny or three! The local minibus called a 'Dolmus' which run all day can be caught a short distance from the villa. The Dolmus service operates more like a taxi which means you can get on/off where ever you like along the route and they are very inexpensive. The Dolmus takes only a few minutes to reach Gumusluk beach , which is very sheltered with warm shallow waters, ideal for children, snorkellers and water sports enthusiasts alike. The property is also very well located to take advantage of the nearby Sailing Schools, some of which offer the oportunity to Sail and Stay. There is also an excellent Aqua Park in Bodrum which is approximately 20 km away.

The towns of Turgutreis and Yalikavak are easily accessible, and have supermarkets, gift shops, many bars and resaurants offering both local and international cuisine. Bodrum also has large shopping centres, hypermarkets, marina, beach and even more restaurtants. There is also the ferry port which gives access to nearby Kos for the day as well as other parts of Turkey.

Located less than a mile from the villa is the famous 'Limon' restaurant. Limon is situated on the hillside with Uninterrupted views of the sea and the spectacular sunset. People travel from as far as Istanbul just to experience this magical setting and watch the sun go down whilst sipping a cocktal! Life really doesn't get any better ....

To secure your booking a non refundable deposit of £100 is payable by cheque or bankers transfer. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure together with a security deposit of £100, which will be returned within 7 days of your return. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, the full balance is payable immediately.
