Vacation Rental Description
30 minutes drive from Bodrum Milas airport, 15 minutes from Bodrum. This is a villa with the "Wow!" factor. It is very spacious both inside and out and enjoys one of the very best locations in Torba, a quiet residential village 10 minutes from Bodrum. It has several large terraces, perfect for al fresco dining by the pool or for relaxing in the shade. There is a built in barbecue and a large (6m by 8m) private swimming pool.  
 
As we use the villa on a regular basis, it is furnished to the highest possible standard with all the mod cons we expect at home. There is satellite television in the lounge and also satellite TV in one bedroom, both with English and foreign stations. There is also WiFi internet access in the villa for those all-important emails!. 
 
With 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and double study/bedroom, the villa is ideal for families/friends who want to enjoy the sporting, cultural or hedonistic pleasures of Bodrum or Turkbuku. However, the setting is so idyllic, and the terraces so spacious, you may be reluctant to leave the villa at all !

The villa is fabulous and the view even better. Torba has a great waterfront which can be enjoyed at Castile and Arte which is a 5* star boutique hotel that allows you to lounge by their pool or on its pontoon. It also has a very good restaurant at night though expensive. Visit Guvercinlik (Pigeon Nest) a beautiful village 15 minutes north. We enjoyed a day’s fishing organized by Habil, the owner of et and Balik restaurant to the left of the harbor. Great holiday and hope to be back for more. (United Arab Emirates, Aug 2009) 
 
The villa turned out to be exactly what we hoped for: spacious, well maintained and tastefully decorated - inside and out, with all amenities we needed for the stay, including: TV, Hi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, a washing machine and aircon in all the bedrooms, and a bonus – Wi-Fi Internet access. It was a perfect choice for us – a nice view of the bay in the distance, fine pool in front of the house, a supermarket at the bottom of the hill and a short hop onto a motorway/fast road, giving easy access by car to Bodrum, the Bodrum peninsula and the rest of the beautiful Aegean coast, with it’s ancient attractions.  
 
We really enjoy the stay in your villa... very convenient...the view was really fantastic...and Sevgi & Turan very helpful. She was so pleased to speak turkish with my husband....who knows many languages...

    • Full air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with everything a reasonable person might expect. This includes a water cooler/heater as well as an ice-maker. All rooms are very spacious and furnished to a high standard. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the study/4th bedroom has a settee which converts into 2 single beds. In addition, a settee in the living room also converts into a double bed. For chilly evenings in Autumn or early Spring, we have central heating. There is also an open fire in both the living room and in the main bedroom. We have 2 flat screen TVs linked to the D-Smart satellite system. Although the villa is self-catering, a full maid service is available if required at extra charge. Sevgi, the housekeeper, lives on-site in separate accommodation. There is a selection of books, DVDs, guides and games in the villa.

    • Torba is within a 20 minute drive of Bodrum which has abundant shopping facilities. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill - a 5 minute walk away. However, the hill is steep on the return and, if carrying shopping, a taxi is advisable. In 2010, this cost 5YTL. Tennis is available at "Tennis Life" - a 15 minute drive away.
