This villa occupies a prime position overlooking the communal pool, shower area, sunbathing patio and separate childrens pool. It has stunning bay views and is tastfully decorated, comfortably sleeping 10 adults. There are 2 fully fitted kitchens, 2 bathrooms, full air conditionaing, relaxing patio area and a rooftop sun terrace. The villa is located up a short but steep road, giving it panoramic views but may be unsuitable for the infirm. Located in a peaceful location just 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach at Kucukbuk (means little bay) and only 10 minutes from the busier beach, restaurants and shops at Gundogan. The local grocery shop stocking all your essentials is less than 5 minutes away. A car is recommended although local taxis are available. The house is on 3 storeys, plus large rooftop sun terrace. The ground floor has 3 double:The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. general :The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. entertainment :The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. eating & living :There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.Smoking :Smoking is allowed in this villa.Pets :Pets are not welcome ,Not suitable for wheelchairs.The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.     • the villa is fully air conditioned, it is maintained and cleaned regulary,there is a washing machine , tv dvd ,all linen and towels are provided. there are six sunbeds in the pool area and six sunbeds on the roof terrace.The terrace from the lounge has beautiful views across the bay as there is from the roof terrace, there is also a gas bbq for your use and a small garden.

The villa is located next to the swimming pool.
