Our villa is on a new exclusive development near the village of Gumusluk on the Bodrum peninsular. It has panoramic views from 3 baconies/terrace areas which all have panoramic sea views of the Greek islands of Kalymnos, Leros and lots of other small islands in the Eageon sea. There is a large communal swimming pool with showers. The villa is well furnished with all modern conveniences with a washing machine, dish washer and large well equipped kitchen. There is a large lounge with a covered balcony off the lounge furnished with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the view. 
 
Koyunbaba is a quiet peaceful area however it is easy to get to local amenities. A 10 minute drive takes you to the picturesque fishing village of Gumusluk with it's water's edge fish restaurants and a 15 min drive in the other direction takesyou to Yalikavak with it's colourful marina and restaurants.

Our villa has been furnished to a high standard to appeal to the discerning holiday maker who wants a 'home from home' experience with power showers, large kitchen with an outside terrace for al fresco meals, plus 2 balconies to enjoy the views. Koyunbaba Bay is a quiet area on the coast just above the historic fishing village of Gumusluk. We are on the hillside which gives panoramic views of the Aegeon sea with the Greek islands of Kalymnos, Leros and many others in clear view. A 15 minute drive takes you along the coast to Yalikavak with its colourful marina and many restaurants. A short drive inland (30 mins) will take you to beautiful Bodrum town with its lively night life and well preserved castle. There is an Aqua park en route to Bodrum town and many other places of interest to visit.

There are 2 small grocers shops nearby for your daily needs and a supermarket in the nearby village of Gumusluk.
