Apartment and furnishings are brand new.. Sleeps 6 adults plus 2 travel cots for babies up to the age of approximately 2 years old.

Gulluk will soon have its own marina and is expected to rival that of Bodrum. Many refer to it as the  
new 'Monte Carlo'. 
 
The fishing village is charming and still shows off its traditional pastimes, but equally abounds with modern, welcoming and low priced bars and restaurants dotted all the way around the pretty bay, starting within a few minutes walk of the apartment.  
 
The bay now has a newly extended promenade - perfect for a beautiful and romantic stroll in the glorious and warm evenings 
 
Bodrum is a lively 'international' resort with many quality shops and restaurants. Thousands of boats moor in the marina and boat trips of all types (including some to nearby Greek islands) can be taken. There are many historical attractions in and around the town including the old castle and mausoleum. 
 
The peninsular is rugged and picturesque and is home to many tiny fishing villages. 

NEW FOR 2010 - WiFi and internet access is provided free of charge in the apartment. So you can work (if you must), listen to BBC Radio and access the internet while relaxing with a drink on the terrace in full view of the pool, gardens and fantastic views. The apartment is all on one (Ground) floor, is right next to the pool, and so is ideal for families of any age and, with just 5 steps up to the front door and back door, is suitable for disabled guests. It has air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, 4 hob plates, an extra large grill, toaster, water cooler/heater and a microwave. The whole apartment is light, airy and spacious and can easily accommodate 8 people. There are two further pools for exclusive use of Seaview 1 residents at Seaview Residence 2 and Seaview Residence 3. Both of these pools have beautiful gardens and surroundings and both are within a 2 minutes walk.

Turkey abounds with historical attractions and ruins, and there are many to be seen around the peninsular. 
Closeby are the ancient ruins of Iosos and a little further afield is Ephesus - with some of the most important remains from the ancient world. 
 
The Aegean (otherwise known as Turquoise) Coast, boasts some of the best scenery anywhere in the world. 
 
The area abounds with activities and things to see of all kinds. 
 
A stunning new golf course has just opened at the Vita Park Golf Resort, Tuzla, just a 10 minute drive from the apartment. 
 
The cheap minibuses (Dolmus) run from the village and can take you anywhere in Turkey, including frequent buses to Bodrum and many other surrounding coastal villages and attractions. 
 
Watersports of all kinds can be undertaken from the nearby village. Take advantage of tremendous all day boat trips for around £10 incl lunch. 
 
Chic Bodrum with its gracious yachts/boats is only 30 minutes drive away.

• Travel Info: Fly to Bodrum airport with Easy Jet, Pegasus, Onur Air, Monarch, Fly Thomas Cook and many others. Our apartment is approximately 15 minutes from Bodrum airport and a taxi can be taken from outside arrivals for 40YTL (2010 price) which is around 10GBP. From Bodrum airport, turn right onto the Milas to Bodrum road and then almost immediately, turn right to Gulluk. On reaching the sea in the centre of Gulluk, turn left and follow the road round to the 'MAVI' sign. Turn left up the gentle slope for 200m and the complex is on your right (ODEK Seaview 1). Park at the rear in the space provided.
