The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably (two single and one double bed) also couch pulls out to double bed. The apartment is a pleasant flat walk to Yalikavak Town Centre. This new complex situated in a quiet rural setting boasts fabulous sea and mountain views.

It is fully equipped with linens, towels and everything you need to be self sufficient and self catering if you prefer. However, the area has many fine restaurants in Yalikavak and Bodrum.

There is air conditioning in the lounge and one of the bedrooms. The windows all have screens so can be left open. There are patio doors going out onto a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and other outdoor dining. The terrace overlooks the mountains and communal pool. The perfect place to eat or enjoy a sun down cocktail. There is also a private rooff terrace equipped with large wooden table.

The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, WC, sing with vanity unit and electric shave point. Hair blower in bathroom for your convenience.

Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and kitchen utensils.
There is a kitchen table & 6 chairs.

Iron & Iron Board also available.

Local buses and taxis run frequently making Bodrum and the rest of this peninsular's varied history and tourist sites accessbile within 15 minutes. Banks and cash machines are plentiful in Yalikavak and also serveral large and small supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment. The fabulous Yalikavak Market is on Thursday where you can buy fresh produce, spices and clothing. Bodrum also has market days and you can get there very easily.

There is a fantastic water park 15 minutes away and you can spend a day trip there. Boat trips are plentiful and the marina area is all brand new and has a large amphitheatre. Everyone is welcome in the marina you do not have to be a member of the Yacht Club. The boats that are moored there are fantastic to see.

All in all, Yalikavak makes a wonderful place for a holiday in the sun. You won't be disappointed.
