The Duplex apartments are on two levels and are stunning in every way, very spacious, bright and airy, they are 137.33m² plus a balcony and patio area. Furnished in a modern Turkish style they have ceramic floor tiles and air conditioning throughout.
The duplex apartments are reached via a short flight of stairs. The front door opens into the lounge which is furnished with a comfy faux leather suite, including one double sofa bed, coffee tables, DVD player, television and satellite box and has traditional turkish curtains, rugs and cushions. A convenient drinks area is provided with cupboards, fridge and sink. There are a selection of board games, puzzles, DVDs and books available for your use. Two sets of sliding doors lead onto the balcony where you will find chairs and a low table, ideal for evening drinks whilst watching the spectacular sunsets .There is also a built in BBQ.
In the corridor leading off the lounge there is a fully tiled bathroom with an enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside tables and side lights, a triple wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Rugs and cushions finish the luxurious feel. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, reading lamp and double wardrobe.
A marble staircase leads down to the lower ground floor where the kitchen is situated.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you fancy a home cooked meal using fresh ingredients from one of the markets. Complete with marble worktops and high and low units, a full sized gas cooker with electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is an extendable dining table and chairs in the kitchen and two sets of sliding patio doors lead onto the patio with another dining table and chairs to give you a choice of dining areas. To finish there is a built in BBQ.
In the alcove off the dining area is the snug with a single sofa bed and chest of drawers. The second master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside tables and side lights, a triple wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Rugs and cushions finish the luxurious feel. The second twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps, and a double wardrobe. It has a fully tiled en suite bathroom with an enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The fully tiled ground floor bathroom has a enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is also a plumbed in automatic washing machine.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly but please provide your own beach towels.
This is a non-smoking apartment and smokers are requested to only smoke outside.

Steeped in ancient history, the Bodrum region is home to some fascinating sites and ancient ruins, including the site of King Mausolous' Tomb, Bodrum Castle, the Amphitheatre, and the underwater city of Mindos. Visit the famous Turtle Beach at Dalyan, and experience the cleansing mud baths, or travel further afield to see the ancient city of Ephesus or the calcified rocks at Pummukale.
