Beautiful views from all aspects and glorious sunsets. This is a large villa that is spacious, bright, airy and extremely comfortable. 
 
Surrounded by farmland and olive trees with a backdrop of mountains it is perfectly situated for peace and relaxation whilst still being easily accessible.  
 
The villa is only 1k from Altinkum's sandy second beach and the numerous restaurants, bars and nightlife of the bustling resort. It takes about 15 minutes to walk into town or if you prefer you can catch the local Dolmus which runs every 10 minutes from the main Yesilkent Road. Alternatively many restaurants offer to pick you up and drop you back.

    • Main pool with slide plus a children pool Trampoline Air con in all bedrooms Mosquito nets to all windows and doors. Spacious Roof Terrace Satalite TV BBQ One bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds plus there is a further single bedroom. A cot can be provided on request at no extra charge. There is a bathroom , shower room or toilet on each of the 3 floors of the villa. The bath is a Jaccussi and the shower has powerful body jets. A small book library and board games to be added during season. The main pool has underwater lights and the communal area looks beautiful at night. There are sun loungers, and BBQ's for general use. Each villa also has 2 sizeable private terraces and balconies. There are views to every aspect.

    • There are excellent beach facilities at Altinkum on any of the resorts 3 great beaches. The name Altinkum itself means golden sands. We are nearest the second beach (15 minute walk) which has watersports and pedaloes. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire and there is large choice of bars and restaurants nearby.  
    Altinkum is close to many fascinating historic sights. In the nearby resort of Didum is the temple of Apollo where the famous snake-adorned head of Medusa stands. A longer daytrip can take you to Ephesis, the best reserved classical Roman City. 
     
    Also Visit Dalyman and Turtle Bay. Watch the baby turtles scurry to the sea. The National Park is 20 minutes drive away with spectacular scenary.Near Altinkum's 3rd beach there is a ranch where horse safari trips can be offered. There is also scuba diving and boat trips galore.

      High Season Price: £650 per Week
         

    A Deposit of £100 per villa per week is required to secure booking. If the booking is subsequently cancelled, the deposit (minus £50 administration) is only refundable if the weeks are subsequesntly re-sold. The balance is payable 6 weeks before travel. Maid service is available at additional charge. Changeover days are flexible and wherever possible we allow you to keep the villa until you need to leave on the day of departure.
