The apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin there is also a 3 seater sofa in the living room which converts into a double bed.The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
The lounge is open plan with a very spacious kitchen.We have satalite tvand dvd player with various films.The apartment is fully air conditioned, and has 2 balconies,there is one of the double bedroom and the main large one is of the living area,which has a patio table and chairs seating 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freeaer ,kettle,toaster,iron,ironing board all your crockery and utensils.There is a water cooler which holds a large water bottle,ideal for those long hot days.
BEDROOM 1
Has a double bed large 3 door wardrobe with drawers and mirrors on the front there is plenty of shelves,chest of drawers,2 bedside cabinets with lamps.There are patio doors which lead onto one of the 2 balconies that has a small table and 2 chairs.
BEDROOM 2
Has 2 single beds a 2 door wardrobe with drawers and shelves, 1 bedside cabinet with lamp.
BATHROOM
Is fully tiled with bath and overhead shower,wash basin within a vanity unit.
LINEN
All linen and towels are provided we just ask you to use your own beach towels.

We also have a hairdryer and straightners forv your use.

ATTRACTIONS
Altinkum has 3 beautiful sandy beaches all with clear blue sea.
There are numerous restaraunts and bars offering turkish and english food you must try the turkish dishes as they are delicious.
There are an abundance of tour companys offering you tours to places such as Pammukala,Ephesus,Kushadasi and many more.
We are not far from the Apollo Temple and the Aquapark is just 5 mins away,there is also a go karting area at Mavishir which children will love.
The climate here is very hot ranging from 22c-40c.
There is plenty of evening entertainment within the restaraunts and bars.
There is a large saturday market this is must you can get enything and everything and dont forget to haggle as the turkish love you to do this.
The new marina on 3rd beach opened in july 2009

AMENITIES

THE COMPLEX
The complex was built in 2007,and is suitable for couples and familys.WE are situated in a quiet area of Altinkum but within easy reach of the resort ,restaraunts and bars.
There is the lovely village of Mavishir just down the road which has some lovely restaraunts and a beautiful beach,they have a market on in the evening where you can get all your fruit and veg.
There is a large swimming pool with 2 childrens sections and a large sunbathing area with sun loungers, there is also a smaller pool on phase 2,there is a small grazy golf on there aswell.
There is a 100 seater bar/restaraunt with a lovely roof terrace giving excellant views.We also have a mini market, gym,turkish baths,hairdresser,games room and new for 2009 a pool bar.
The complex offers 24hr security,we have a courtesy bus which runs trough the day and evening there is a small deposit for passes for the bus of 10ytl (aprox 3.50)which will be returned at the end of your holiday.

Low Season Price : £100
High Season Price : £180 per Week

CONDITIONS
We require a £50 deposit at the time of booking with balance payeable no later than 6 weeks before departure.
Deposit is non refundable for cancellation.

We also require a £50 refundable deposit to cover breakages which will be refunded 10 -14 days after you return to the uk,and once the apartment has been checked by the management.

We can arrange flights and transfers but you must
book your own insurance.
For entry into Turkey an English £10 note is
required for a visa.
