Large luxury 3 bed/3 bathroom apartment duplex on two levels with wrought iron marble staircase.  
Lower floor. 
Kitchen is fully equipped - washing machine/ironing board,iron, hair dryer, microwave, kettle,large fridge/freezer, water cooler - fully equipped for six people, table and six chairs inside and out on balcony. Balcony leads out from kitchen. Downstairs T.V. /DVD lounge, 3 seater settee, armchair and coffee table. Twin bedroom with wardrobe, bedside cabinet,reading lamp and chairs and bathroom downstairs. Marble staircase to upper floor.  
Upper floor 
Reading/(relaxing with drink) lounge, leading out to large balcony which has comfortable cane furniture for sitting with an evening drink and watching the sun go down. This lounge has a 3 seater settee, armchair with reading lamp, coffee table. Double bedroom en suite shower room, dressing table, double wardrobe, bedside units with lamps, wicker shelf unit. Twin bedroom, bedside unit, lamp, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom. 
Best quality Turkish towels are provided and bedding. Bring out beach towels or, buy here - cheap, and a useful souvenir. Best quality furnishings. All fully air conditioned. 
The apartment is part of a complex which has security cover 24 hrs a day and an office at which all queries are answered by Haluk - Turkish, ( English speaking ), Linda and Edward my managers, who are English. 
We have a large 25 metre pool, which is cleaned and tested daily. A gym. A restaurant/poolside bar, with a pool table and T.V., children's pool and jacuzzi. The sun terrace is very big with loungers, umbrellas and tables. A children's play area is at the back of the complex in the shade. The gardens are well kept and green. All very family friendly. 
Besides the facilities in the apartment we have a laundry room behind the office. There are booking offices for your trips within a 3 min walk in 2 directions. Alternatively you may book, and certainly ask advice from the office. They will only be too happy to help. 
The complex is surrounded on 3 sides by fields, which makes it a quiet area. Restaurants and night life is a walk away down in Dolphin Square (10 mins)

    • We have a fabulous 25 mt. pool which is cleaned and tested daily. This is surrounded by a very large sun terrace which has sun loungers, umbrellas, and tables for the benefit of residents. At one end is the children's pool which is a firm favourite. Across from it is the jacuzzi where mums catch up on the local gossip and sun themselves too. Towards the back of the building lies the play area for toddlers with slide etc. At the restaurant are tables and chairs for drinks, snacks or meals. Place your order and it can be served at your lounger!! Down stairs for the super fit is the indoor pool, (20 meters) gym and showers. At the office is a safe for your valuables. Any queries you may have, they will answer. They will even book any special restaurant where you will be ferried back and fore free by the staff at the restaurant. If you want them to book excursions, they will do that too.

    • Water park 15 min. ride away, on local dolmus. Main beach 10 min walk. Local boat trips to beaches and islands. Ferry to Bodrum and the Greek island of Kos. Scuba diving school, sailing school. Two local beaches ( 7mins ) Next to 2nd Beach is a very popular funfair for little people, jeep safaries. all varieties of trips - Pamukali, Ephesus, Kusadasi, Bodrum. Bafa Lake is only a few miles away. Fantastic mountain scenery, mud baths, Turkish baths 2 mins away. Some trips will include lunch. 
    Visits to factory outlets from leather goods to jeans to the most beautiful ceramics. Large outdoor markets abound. Every Saturday there is a very large market in Didim which is 2 kilometers up the Attaturk Boulvd. Turkish food is fresh and good quality. You will be amazed at the stalls of fresh fruit and vegetables. There are so many restaurants to choose from - all within walking distance, free transport. Party goers have a choice of venues

    £150.00 non refundable deposit £150.00 REFUNDABLE deposit paid with final payment against breakages, lost keys etc. (£50.00 to change a lock) Full amount to be paid six weeks before arrival. The electric meter is read on arrival, and before you leave. It can be paid locally to management. If breakages occur, please let Linda or Ed know straight away, so that replacements can be made as soon as possible. Thankyou
