Only 250 metres from all main facilities in Akbuk, beach and harbour. The complex is a small, well maintained quiet complex consisting of a large communal pool and children’s splash pool, all set within landscaped and walled gardens surrounded by individual villas with private pools and a small number of apartments. There is ample parking at the entrance of the complex. 
 
There are sun beds for use around the pool. 
 
Coast/Beach: The apartment is only a 5 minute stroll from the main beach, harbour (with fishing and pleasure boats) and social heart of the village where all the main restaurants and bars are located in Akbuk.  
 
Accessibility: There are a small number of steps on the approach to the apartment block. The apartment is on the ground floor with no internal steps.
