Situated in a quiet sought-after Wildi area of Saas Fee, this contemporary, south facing chalet has been recently renovated to a very high standard and would suit the most discerning clients. On three floors covering 123m sq , it is light and airy and boasts three double bedrooms and three ultra modern bathrooms.Two of the bedrooms on the middle floor open out onto balconies.On the top floor there is a luxurious open plan living area which has an impressive vaulted ceiling and large picture windows allowing the sun to stream through and has its own balcony.It consists of a high quality, fully equipped Poggenpohl kitchen with granite worktops,oven ,hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.There is a large modern dining table that seats eight and a L shaped leather sofa that will convert into a large double bed if desired and a stunning free standing log burning fire.Relax in front of the flat screen TV or listen to music on the sound system which is Ipod compatible. The bathrooms are all top quality and stylish. Two have power showers with single sinks and the Master Bedroom's has a huge jacuzzi bath with an overhead power shower and twin sinks.All have heated towel rails.The bed in the Master Bedroom is super king size.There is a store room for your skis and boots with a boot warmer.There is a cleaning and linen service.

Located approximately 150m from the ski bus stop or approximately a fifteen minute walk to the Alpine Express main ski lift and about ten minutes into the village centre.Opposite the Alpine Express is Ceasar Sports for all your ski equipment hire where guests of the chalet receive a 10% discount.You can leave your skiing equipment in the lockers next to the lift if you wish.There is a good selection of shops,supermarkets,cafes serving delicious pastries and good and varied restaurants.These range from pasta and pizza, steak houses,traditional Swiss food through to a Michelin starred restaurant up in the pine forest with its own electric taxi service-a breath taking journey.There is a lively night life with bars and nightclubs for those who want to party into the early hours.

SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING

The skiing caters for all abilities with 100Km of marked pistes and has very good off piste terrain that even the most hardened skier will find exhilarating.The resort has a snow record of excellence due to its aspect and high altitude with skiing up to 3,600 metres.The glaciers allow for skiing and snowboarding to take place all year round.In fact Saas Fee is the summer training ground for snowboarding teams due to its reliable conditions.
The Snowboarding Park boasts half pipes,quarter pipes,tables and a high jump.

TRAVEL TO SAAS FEE BY:

CAR - approximately 2.5 hours from Geneva and Milan and 40 minutes from Sion.

TRAIN - Travel to Visp or Brig and change to Saas Fee.See timetable on Swiss Federal Railways website.

AIR - Many carriers fly to Geneva and Milan including Easyjet.At the time of writing a new service is in operation from London Stansted to Sion with Snowjet.Check www.snowjet.com for availability.

PARKING - There is a large car park on the edge of the resort where electric taxis can transport you and your luggage to the chalet,simply call a taxi from the phone supplied on the entrance level.

Chf 750 as a security deposit paid locally to our agent

There is a tourist tax paid by all visitors to Saas Fee;
Chf 2.5 per adult per day
Chf 1.25 per child per day

When making your reservation 50% of the rental rate to be paid at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.

Change over day is on Saturday. Arrival time is after 3.00 p.m. and your departure time will be by 9.00 a.m.Other options are available.
