This 3 storey ski chalet has 3 balconies so that everyone can enjoy the beautiful panoramic mountain views. It is spacious and has been furnished and decorated to a high quality. It is situated on the outskirts of Veysonnaz village and has road and path links to the village. There are 2 main ski lifts - Veysonnaz 10 mins walk or piste de l'ours (world cup down hillrun) 15 mins by car. Both are part of the 4 vallees ski area with links to Verbier, Nendaz and Thyon. The village has a bus service within the area and also offers leisure centre inc. Swimming pool, restaurants, ATM, supermarkets, ski and bike hire and various shops. Ski schools are available and mountain bike trails are clearly marked. The area offers much for anyone who likes an active holiday or just wants to relax in the sun.

• Chalet accessed by series of steps 10 plus 5 set into gravel. During winter season road is cleared by snow plough facility.

• Balcony on level 1 large enough for table and chairs to eat and drink outside if required.

• Geneva airport 1 hour 30 minutes by excellent dual carriage way link or via train to Sion (1 hour 40 mins) and then taxi (15 mins). Advise use of car or car hire recommended to gain full benefit of ski region

Hob/Stove, Oven, Leather sofas to seat 12, cable TV, DVD player. Games cabinet and coffee table. Dining table to seat 12 at once. Bright and airy room. Pillows and duvets included but linen and towels for hire from VIP (village property Management Company). Chalet cleaned by hirer at end of lease or pay 200CHF for cleaning to be done at end of lease by VIP.
