Payment:
Accommodation must be paid in Swiss Francs (CHF) by wire transfer to designated Bank Account.
• 50% of the accommodation payment must be done at signature (100% if less than 4 weeks)
• 100% of the accommodation balance payment must be done 4 weeks prior arrival
Cancellation:
Cancellation by a client will only be effective when notification has been received in writing and will be subjected to cancellation charges as follow:
• More than 8 weeks, no charges
• Less than 8 weeks 25% of total
• Less than 4 weeks 50% of total
• Less than 2 weeks 75% of total
• Less than 1 week 100% of total
• Arrival date of your stay or after 100% of total
Damage deposit:
A fully refundable 1000 CHF (1500 CHF for New Year Eve Week) damage deposit will be required with the balance payment 4 weeks before the start date.
Cleaning:
Cleaning shall be done by the client. If cleaning is not done, cleaning fee of 50 CHF/hour apply
