Vacation Rental Description

3 storey swiss chalet built in 2007. Sleeps up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 1 en-suite. Luxurious furnishings, private garden area to the side. Balconies to the middle floor lounge and kitchen area and 2 of the top floor bedrooms. Parking space for 1 car at the base of the 14 steps upto the chalet and 1 parking space in front of our garage. 1.5km to main ski station with free bus running through out the season. This is just a short walk away. Ovronnaz has a wide choice of ski runs from baby runs to the more experienced black runs. 10 runs in total, 3 cross country ski loops and snow shoe routes for rambling.

Large open plan lounge area with plenty of seating for 11 people. Cable TV, DVD, stereo, swedish log burner stove, patio doors leading ono balcony, lots of window to take in the fabulous views. In the downstairs room there is a heated hut/sauna, with another room for storing any wet clothing or ski wear.

The village of Ovronnaz is also very popular in the summer season with walkers and cyclists, it has over 150km of marked footpaths and 50km of marked mountain bike routes. All this is within 15 minutes walk of the chalet.

25% deposit required upon booking, final payment to be made 2 monhs before arrival. Returnable breakage deposit payable to house keeper on arrival. 300 CHF upto 6 guests. 500 CHF for 7+ guests. Taxes to be pay in resort 5 CHF per person per day. Cancelltions - 3 months before start of stay 100% refunded. 2 months before start of stay 30% refunded. Less than 60 days no refund will be given. Linen pack £20 per person (towels + bed linen)

Mr K + family stayed at chalet Aug 10 - what a lovely chalet, we enjoyed our stay there thoroughly. All the facilities were good and we felt at home being away from our homes, many thanks.
