The taxes is 1.50 per adult per day and 0.75 per children per day.
We request a deposit of guarantee for the amount of CHF 150 on arrival to cover any cost related to replace any broken item or if the appartment have suffered any vandalism or misuse of equipment/furniture. This deposit of guarantee will be returned at the end of the lease in case all is found in order.
To confirm the reservation, the 50% should be paid in advance with bank transfert. Bank charges are your responsibility.
In case of cancellation after 15 days or reservation, owner has the right to keep 50% of rent, which is the payment received at reservation. Si cancellation takes place within 2 weeks before the lease, owner has the right to claim full amount of contract.
