Vacation Rental Description
The 2-room-vacation-apartment was renovated and is equipped with so many things, for what one wishes itself for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The garden place and the meadow beside are available to our guests. Garden-furniture and deck chairs are existing. Also a gas-barbecue with lava-stones is ready to use.
The fitted kitchen is furnished with electric-stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric range, toaster, mixer, coffee machine, bread-maker, iron and board. Enough dishes and flatware, glasses, pans, pots, different fondues and a Raclette-oven for comfortable hours.
During summer, the old and massively of Rhine-stones built house regulates the residential-climate itself. Infrared-heater are now installed and give a particular residential-feeling in winter.
Big flat screen TV with SAT-receiver and a radio with CD player inform about the weather for hikers and mountain climbers or the current snow - and track-circumstances of the close ski areas Obersaxen or Brigels, just as the "alps-arena" in Flims-Laax.
The bedroom is furnished with a 3-door-wardrobe and 2 beds made of massive wood in rustic style. The good mattresses provide your relaxing sleep, also the clean accessories and the fresh air of the Rhine-valley in the beautiful Grison Mountains.
The apartment is perfect for 2 persons.
We have a folding spare bed (190x80) for 1 more guest to place in living room.

The golf court of Sagogn is only a view minutes away in the next village. We can see it from the frontside of our house. It has 18 holes.
Castrisch lies in the middle of several sport areas. Flims-Laax is only 10 minutes away and to Obersaxen also. Here you find sports for everybody.
