Accommodation includes...

Open plan Living Area with TV, Hi-Fi, and Sofa bed, Kitchen area; Master Bedroom with double bed, family Bathroom. A unique Second Bedroom with 4 beds, two singles and a double accessed by 'ladder stairs' in the Loft Area, commanding exceptional views through the large feature window.

Use of Finnish Sauna, Laundry / Washer Drier, Ski Room and Wireless Internet Access. There is also a delightful Sitting and Barbecue area above the house.

ALPHAVEN … a few other things you might like to know!

• Alphaven is 1200 metres (4000 feet) above Sea Level
• It is a 5 Minute Walk to the Ski Bus (Route 4) which is free during the Ski Season and is every half an hour (on the hour and half past the hour)
• It takes 10 minutes to walk to the village and allow 15 minutes to walk back or take the free 'Terrace Bahn' train which takes you half way!
• When there is snow cover … you can Ski / Board back to the house from the “Brunni” side of the mountain
• There is a footpath next to the house which connects to the 360Kms of beautiful walking routes in Engelberg
• There is a Sitting Area with Barbeque in the Garden above the house which is the perfect setting in Summer for simply relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views.
• If you want to eat out and don’t want to drive,the four star Waldegg Hotel is an 8 minute walk , it has a delightful Restaurant with wonderful food and a recently completed Luxury Spa, Pool and Gym which is open to non-residents.

ENGELBERG has one of the longest ski seasons in Europe. Mid November to the end of May ... most of the Skiing starts at 1800 metres which guarantees superb snow cover. SNOWBOARDERS AND SKIERS are in heaven here with a 2 amazing Snow parks and extensive off piste runs including the famous 'LAUB'. One of the biggest vertical decents in the world 3000 metres to 1000 metres and a 13 km run. World Cup Ski Jumping here every December.

				Low Season Price:	Fr2,000 per Week
				High Season Price:	Fr2,800 per Week

Our prices can be found on the ALPHAVEN website. Payment can be made by Electronic Bank Transfer (Wire) or by sterling cheque. A 50% deposit is required on signature of the contract, the remaining 50% has to be paid 30 days before arrival. The deposit will be non-refundable and 100% payment is required if there is less than 30 days notice of cancellation. (on the basis that we don’t find alternative guests) If alternative guests are subsequently found, we will refund all of the monies less CHF250 for administration and expenses.
