Welcome to the luxury Chalet des Alpes, set high above the Rhône Valley in the village of Lens, just 10 minutes from the famous 4 season resort of Crans Montana. This privately-run chalet offers excellent levels of service and comfort. We aim to go that little bit further and we try to be different without taking away comfort and service. This brand new chalet, built in traditional Valaisian style with all the modern facilities that today's discerning traveller requires, is only 2 hours (170km) from Geneva, most of which is easy motorway driving. All rooms are en-suite with amazing mountain views and the Rhône Valley.
What is a serviced self catering chalet?

We passionately believe that all guests should be able to choose the type of holiday they would like. Some people like total independence whilst others would prefer to have more included. If you want to be left to your own devices during your stay, that is fine. Alternatively, we can provide flexible catering; some evening meals for you in the chalet; or all evening meals, transport around the local area, walking ideas, suggested excursions etc. The choice is yours.

What is included in self catered chalet?

Welcome hamper with essentials for your first evening and morning.
Luxury bedding, towels and bathroom products in all rooms.

What is flexible catering?

You can choose as little or as much catering as you require. A chef can be available every day of your holiday. You can have breakfast prepared for you and freshly made packed lunches or picnics made up. In the evenings you can decide to have 1 meal in the chalet or six, you choose. Menus can be discussed and wine, beer and soft drinks included. This service can be pre-booked and priced before arrival or you can let us know when you are at the chalet. Obviously, you need to allow enough time for menu planning & for us to get the shopping. Normally 24 hrs notice is required for any catering.

What other services are available for a supplement?
Midweek linen change 250 CHF
Daily cleaning service (bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and lounge area) 100 CHF per day
Breakfast can be prepared for you every morning.
Chef available, menus can be discussed. Lunches or evening meals. Wine can be included. Anything from 1 meal during the week, to a meal every night.
Chauffer available with a VW 8 passenger mini-van, which can be used for local transfers or longer day excursions.
Concierge service.
Shopping.
Laundry service.
Suggested walks and walking maps (some walks start from the chalet door).
Suggested sightseeing tours and days out.
