Two-storey apartment in traditional Swedish Manor House annexe set in large garden in peaceful country area surrounded by fields with horses and forest or lakeside walks.
Simple, comfortable home from home.
Summer and winter activities all around; golf at the Uddeholm 18 hole Golf Course, swimming or fishing (50 metres), biking - just 3 km away is the riverside bike route that will take you to Karlstad (90 km) or any number of stop off points along the way. We have one or two bikes to loan on request or you can hire them locally.
A short walk will bring you to the local Museum, Art Gallery and summer cafe where you can hire a bike trolley and pedal to Hagfors, the local town, along the riverside railway track, picnicking along the way.
There is riding (next door) or trekking and Iceland pony rides or a western riding school just 15 km away.
Canoeing, kayaking, river-rafting and many other water sports are all a short drive away and there are wild life parks, moose safaris and a husky farm nearby. The beach at Rada lake is just 4 km away.
In winter you can cross-country ski just outside Hagfors, or downhill ski in many places within an hour's drive or less.
There is an all-year-round ski tunnel at Torsby, just 45 minutes away and a summer Water Park at Sunne, about the same distance.
