The farm originally dates from the 1600's and was once owned by Carl Carlsson Gyllenhielm, son of the King Carl IX. Here lies the old borderline between Sweden and Denmark, and there are a many tales of battles between the countries. The farm is is located in the south of Småland 35 km north Karlshamn on the shore of lake Mien.
The house avaiable for rent is the 'Mangårdsbyggnaden' built in 1735. Perfect for two families, vacationing together, but with the advatage of privacy on two floors.
The house is about 50 m from the lake and the surrounding is open with green fields perfect for playing, picnics, relaxation etc.
