The property is located in a stunning, secluded rural area just 7km from beaches and local towns. There are several good restaurants near by one of which is within walking distance.
The Finca offers a great opportunity to get away from it all in a peaceful, beautiful location, but at the same time is only a short drive away from beaches, towns and other activities. For Children there are nearby water and safari parks, for adults there are great walks, climbing and all water activities. Eating out opportunities are in abundance, with many stylish traditional and international restaurants close by.

Fanastic walking opportunities or for the more daring, 8km away there is Calpe rock to climb. If Cycling is your thing then you don't get better riding than here, through out the spring most of the worlds top cycling teams can be found training here, making the most of quiet roads with some amazing climbing. There are many small towns closed by rich in Spanish history and through out the summer there are many different fiestas taking place. There are zoos, fun and water parks, for children, within 30 minutes drive. Shopping is something most people want to get away from, but if that's not the case, La Marina near Benidorm, also just 30 minutes away, is a great shopping centre.

The villa is on a large private plot with lovely gardens (fruit and avocado trees. The Villa has a lovely outside BBQ dining area with a large BBQ. The Villa also has a very nice tennis court.

Rates

Low Season Price : £850
High Season Price : £1250 per Week


Cheques and bank tranfers are accepted as payment. There is a booking form which needs to be filled out and returned with a 20% deposit so as to guarantee the rental, and the further 80% is required eight weeks before the rental commences. There is an additional £100 per week deposit required for breakages, this will be returned within four weeks of the completion of the rental period.
