Villa sleeps 6; bedrooms sleep 4 ,one double bed, and two singles; with sofabed in Lounge room. Dining area accomodates 4 chairs at table, and a further two breakfast stools under kitchen worktop. We can also provide the following : Welcome Packs - either a basic selection of essentials (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, bread, butter & orange juice - 20 Euros) to get you started, or a more comprehensive package (as basic pack plus eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, cornflakes, 6 beers and a bottle of wine - 35 Euros). Particularly useful if arriving late at night. We can also cater for those special occasions, anniversaries or birhdays, whatever the occasion we would be happy to discuss. Airport Transfers - From either Alicante or Murcia, are available, further details on request. We can also provide baby items e.g. cot, pushchair, highchair etc., to hire upon arrival. Costs for welcome packs, baby items, and/or airport transfers are payable locally in Euros on arrival.

The central Plaza of Villamartin has numerous bars and a large selection of restaurants serving a variety of international cuisines, such as Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Swedish, German and English and is on two tiers with a beautiful courtyard in the centre. The Plaza also has a small supermarket, a bank, a chemist, a doctors, gift shop, etc. Two larger well-stocked supermarkets at La Zenia are about a 5 minute drive away. Next to the Plaza is the Villamartin Golf Club which is equipped with its own swimming pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse restaurant which is open to the public for lunch and dinner.
The Costa Blanca enjoys a mild climate with year round sunshine. The World Health Organisation recognise it as one of the healthiest areas in the world. The coast has an abundance of blue-flag beaches that vary in size from coves to wide sandy bays. Torrevieja is only a 15 min drive away and is a typical Spanish seaside town.

This beautiful villa is situated in an extremely quiet and pleasant residential part of the Villmartin area and is a 5 minute walk to the Villamartin golf course and Plaza. A spacious 2-bed, air-conditioned and fully equipped villa, furnished to a very high standard, with roof top solarium offering superb views out towards the coast - ideal for private sunbathing or dining by the BBQ. A fantastic communal pool is approximately a minutes walk away and is available to residents only. Perfect holiday villa for the whole family and a 5-10 min drive to the beautiful white sandy beach of La Zenia - ideally situated for golfers and beach bums alike! Torrevieja with its marina, variety of restaurants, bars, shops and Water Park is a nearby drive away. Features include air-con in every room, Sat SKY TV, and a games console featuring PlayStation 1 with over 15 gaming titles.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required to secure your reservation, with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. At this time a refundable deposit of £100 is required as a key/security payment and is refunded in full when the keys are returned and subject to there being no damage reported, typically this will be completed within 14 days of your return.
On arrival you will be met by our local contact, who will handover the keys, show you to the accommodation and will be able to answer any queries you may have or provide further information on the resort and local area.
