    • This region of Spain is rated by the World Health Organization, as being the healthiest climate on the planet, its climate is dry & equable throughout the year boasting 300 days of sunshine. Villamartin is centrally located to many local attractions, it has a plaza with many fine restaurants and bars. Nearby Torrevieja has miles of promenade, an abundance of fine restaurants, shops, beaches, bars, marina and sporting facilities including bowling, casino and cinema, there is also a night market 7 days a week located on the sea front. There is a Shopping Mall and daily markets in surrounding villages. The La Manga Resort is 40 minutes drive. Guadamar is 15 minutes drive with miles of fantastic white sand beach and fabulous Wednesday market. Cabo Roig and La Zenia are very popular areas full of restaurants and bars many with live entertainment nightly. Water park in Torrevieja. Campoamar, Las Ramblas and Villamartin Golf courses are within a five minutes drive, La Finca is 20 km

    A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable to secure the booking, this deposit also acts as a security deposit which is returned when our management company has completed its check of the property. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to check in date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cheque. Check in is from 16.00 on the day of arrival and check out at 10 a.m. on day of departure unless otherwise agreed. A cleaning fee of 65 euros plus €15 1-3 persons 4-6 persons €22 for laundry/linen charges applies and is paid locally. All linen and towels are provided but please provide your own beach towels.
