Vacation Rental Description
The villa On the ground floor is a large, open-plan living and dining area. Off this room is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine.
The lounge has comfortable settees and satellite TV is installed with all Sky channels. There is both a CD and DVD player with a selection of CDs and DVDs. There is also a large selection of books and games for your use.
Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower, wc and two wash basins are on this floor. One of the bedrooms leads onto a small terrace area which has steps leading to the garden and both bedrooms overlook the communal pool. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned, in addition both of these bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The master bedroom is upstairs with a newly fitted en-suite shower room as well as a large private terrace that overlooks a green to the front of the property. This is a great place for undisturbed sunbathing! This bedroom has a sofabed suitable for a child.
There are gardens to 3 sides of the house and the rear garden area overlooks the large communal pool. On the front terrace there is brick built barbecue and patio furniture. This terrace overlooks a peaceful green.
We have an information pack in the villa which provides you with information on local places to visit and recommendations on bars and restaurants. There are also a number of maps and books providing information on the wider area.
We supply both beach towels and towels for use in the villa. Hairdryers are also in both bathrooms. An iron is also provided.
Travelling with children or babies
A travel cot, buggy and high chair are in the villa. A travel safety gate is also available. A selection of toys including beach toys and the essential bucket and spade are ready for your use.
Water parks, a safari park, ten-pin bowling, go karts are all within travelling distance should you want more entertainment than the beach.
Around the villa
The villa has use of the communal pool shown in the picture. For safety and security, access to the pool is through a locked gate. This means that only residents can access the pool. Within the complex there is also a children’s play area (swings/slide etc) and an excellent restaurant a minutes walk away.
The development is very quiet however just a 5 minute walk takes you to local amenities.
The Area
Within 5 minutes walk there is a complex with a large supermarket, a selection of shops as well as numerous bars and restaurants. A 10/15 minute walk takes you to Villamartin Plaza with a wide variety of bars and excellent restaurants which cater for every taste and pocket. Most of the restaurants have outdoor seating in the picturesque square which is inhabited by wild parrots.
Clubs and discos can be found in Cabo Roig, about 2 miles away.
La Zenia beach is a 5 minute drive away, sun loungers and beach umbrellas can be taken from the villa. The coast has many more beaches in easy reach.
Torrevieja is a large town 15 minutes drive away. A nightly market takes place on the seafront promenade which is great for an evening stroll. Slightly further a field are the cities of Elche, Murcia, Cartegena and Alicante.
There is a market each Saturday just 5 minutes away selling everything that could possibly be sold at a market stall.
Golf & spas
A 2 minute drive takes you to Villamartin golf course, former host to the Spanish Open and within 10/15 minutes you can find Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses which are both excellent. There are numerous other courses within a 40 minute drive.

We require a deposit of £100 per week to secure the booking which is non refundable. A security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance and this is returned when we receive the keys back and we have had confirmation from our property manager that there have been no damage/breakages. We accept payment by cheque or cash.
