The villa is of typical Spanish style with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one recently refurbished with walk in shower. Situated next to Villamartin Golf course - 15 mins drive from Murcia airport or 45 minutes drive from Alicante. The kitchen is newly fitted and equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, 4 gas ring hob, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and toaster. There is English cable digital television in the lounge with DVD player and CD player, cassette/radio – there are sun terraces in the front and at the back - and a roof solarium with stunning views. There is an alarm and a safe. A (free) pool is located across the road in the Spanish bar/restaurant and there are many bars/restaurants nearby. There are several beautiful beaches surrounding the area - all about 10-20 minutes drive away. The Villamartin Plaza has an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops and is about 15 minutes walk away. The large town of Torrevieja is about 20 minutes drive away with a weekly market and fairground in the summer months. For golf enthusiasts you have 3 Golf courses nearby. The town of San Miguel is 15 mins drive away.
