Campoamor 3 bed semi detached stylish house only 5 minute walk to the beach at Campoamor. This lovely house is located only 2 km from a chemist (farmacia) and a supermarket. The house is fully furnished and can sleep 6 people comfortably and has many features that makes it ideal for both holiday and long term occupation. Only 45 minutes south of Alicante airport or 20 minutes north from Murcia makes this very accessible. Through the covered porch entrance and inside you will find a large living area that provides comfort and luxury combined with all those small personal touches that gives it a more homely but uncluttered feel. Furniture includes a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, a generous sized dining table and 6 chairs, coffee table, pine dresser and TV unit. There is also a DVD, VCR and Stereo CD player. A ceiling fan is also fitted in the living area in addition to hot and cold air conditioning. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven & hob, microwave and fridge freezer. From the kitchen you access an exceptional large utility room which houses the washing machine and boiler. The utility room would provide an ideal storage area for any long term tenant who has a number of personal affects and belongings. All the necessary domestic household items are provided including cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils etc. There is also a ground floor shower room with w.c and wash hand basin. Upstairs the three generous sized bedrooms all have ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. A double and 4 single beds are provided together with all necessary bedding. The main bedroom has double bed with bedside tables, hot and cold air conditioning and a small covered balcony. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. Outside the garden has been professionally tiled and incorporates the private swimming pool and the built-in BBQ. There is also an external table, 6 chairs and 4 loungers provided. Once you leave the coast road, on your approach to the property you pass by natural amenity areas with pine trees. The house itself is in a quiet area away from the large urbanisations yet only a few minutes by car and you will find shops, restaurants, bars, petrol station and a medical centre. Nearby there is a stables with horse riding facilities and a restaurant.
