This two bedroom chalet has marble floors throughout and is furnished to a high standard. The living room has a bed settee which sleeps 2, satellite TV, CD player and air conditioning. The dining area has seating for 4. The kitchen is complete with washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave and electric iron. There are two bedrooms, 1 double and one twin, both with built in wardrobes. Bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer. Linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Outside there is a spacious terrace with table and chairs to enjoy eating and relaxing outdoors. It also has its own private roof terrace, accessible by stairs running up the side of the chalet. The communal pool with its landscaped gardens are just yards from you door. The property is fully alarmed with shutters and grills, and has a safe.

    • Situated with 40min drive of Alicante airport and 20min drive from Murcia airport, it is ideally situated for both all year golfing holidays and family beach holidays. It is situated next to the prestigious Villamartin golf course also within a five minute drive of the Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses. It is also located within an easy drive of the local superb Blue Flag beaches of the Costa Blanca. The local shops, bars and restaurants are a easy walking distance. The lively town of Torrevieja is four miles away and Benidorm 1hours drive. There are market days held in different locations doted around the surrounding villages on different days. For those who want a little more adventure there is horse riding in walking distance, cycle hire and Quad hire.

    Notes to the rental ratesA non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to departure. If the booking falls within less than 8 weeks of arrival then full payment is to be made with the booking All breakages must be replaced or payed for before departure. Final clean is included in the price. Please contact us to arrange long let. Transfers Transfers can be arranged from Murcia or Alicante. 50 euros from Murcia and 80 euros from Alicante. Arrival Details of how to get to the Chalet will be given on final payment. You will be met on arrival with keys and general info. There is someone at hand in case of any queries.
