Great one bedroom apartment on the famous Villamartin Plaza, overlooking Villamartin golf course which can be reached in a two minute walk. Two other renouned courses Las Ramblas & Campoamar are within a five minute drive.

The property comes fully equipped for a self catering holiday, however the lively Plaza offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops and an energetic nightlife.

Torrevieja and blue flag beaches are only a 10 drive away.

Payment in sterling only. We are able to accept secure payments using credit/debit cards via PayPal Please contact us for special offers and long term rentals (over 4 weeks). Changeover day is flexible, dependant on current bookings. Please note for July and August the minimium rental period is one week.
