A 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and the balance to be payable 6 weeks before departure.

There is a cleaning laundry fee of 50 euros which is payable locally on departure. There maybe a 30 euro charge if the keys have to be given to you out of hours, again payable locally.

Payment in sterling only. We are able to accept secure payments using credit/debit cards via PayPal

Please contact us for special offers and long term rentals (over 4 weeks). Changeover day is flexible, dependant on current bookings. Please note for July and August the minimium rental period is one week.
