This very Large 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom Duplex apartment sleeps up to 6 people in comfort.The Apartment has two Balconies and Ceiling fans in all rooms , it is an ideal location for both Golf and Beaches Holidays alike.
Situated at Villamartin Plaza with lots of bars and restaurants ie Chinese, Indian, Italian , German & English Pubs etc .There is a nice communal swimming pool with a large grass sunbathing area . also a Supermarket and Bank approx 50 metres away.
The Apartment which is approx 100 mtrs to the Golf Clubhouse is on two floors and is situated by the Palm filled VillaMartin Plaza which adjoins the Championship Golf Course of the same name. It is approximately 1 mile to the beach making it ideal for Golfers and Families alike, the apartment is very spacious , well furnished and has ceiling fans in all rooms. It is also only a short walk to the Los Dolses Commercial centre which als has a good selection of bars and restaurants

Low Season Price : £200
High Season Price : £330 per Week


Please note,we do not have a week start date so you can arrive on any day and take advantage of cheaper mid week flights.
We also have no set times to arrive or vacate the apartments when it is empty or if nobody is due to arrive,and we do our best to work around your flights as we know how bad it is to fly in the evening and have to vacate at 10am.
(This is always dependent on the people who are in the apartment before and after you)

Prices from £200 off peak rising to £330 peak (inc/clean) for the two bed duplex and the two bed apartments at Valencias and Rioja
