Main Description

This recently constructed 1st floor apartment is located within the Villamartin golf complex on the Costa Blanca (40 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia airport). It is part of a small group of apartments overlooking an almond grove to the front and offers a delightful small garden at the rear. A good sized, children friendly shared pool is barely 50 metres away.

For golfers there are three courses within a 5-10 minute drive: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campomor, and several more within a 30 minute drive.

For those who like to sunbathe there is the choice of the private 30m2 roof solarium (a real sun trap), relaxing by the pool or the blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig, a five minute drive away.

Within a 10-15 minute walk is the attractive Villamartin Plaza with a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops.

The accommodation with marble flooring throughout, comprises a comfortable lounge/dining area that opens out onto a balcony with views over the orchard to the sea. There are two sofas, a dining table for four, television with sky connection, and a Stereo/DVD player.

The balcony faces south east and is ideal for breakfast. For later in the day there is a full size awning to protect you from the heat of the sun. Steps from the balcony lead to a large roof top solarium.

The solarium provides ample space for sun bathing (four sun loungers supplied) as well as space to eat using the good sized table and chairs. There is also a built in barbeque, ideal for summer
evenings.

To the rear of the property is a delightful small garden with a patio and maturing shrubs.

Leading off the lounge diner is a semi open plan kitchen with a full range of equipment including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. There is ample cutlery and china for four. A separate utility area houses an automatic washing machine, clothes drying area, iron and ironing board.

The main (double) bedroom looks out onto the garden to the rear and has a large built in wardrobe with a safe for valuables, and an en-suite facility with walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a large built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have variable speed ceiling fans.

The second bathroom has a bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin. All bed linen and towels (not beach) are supplied and a hair dryer is provided for your use.

Within 50 metres is a delightful private pool with a separate shallow area for young children

To fully appreciate all the facilities, a car is recommended. Within a 30 minute drive there is the delightful resort of Guardamar with its white sand beach stretching for several miles, the town of Elche with the largest palm forest in Europe, the La Manga golf resort and the town of Orihuela which has many delightful old churches and other buildings. The provincial cities of Cartagena and Murcia are also nearby . Further inland are the ancient towns of Mula and Lorca while the famous waterfalls at Algar and the 16th century Moorish town of Guadalest are a comfortable day trip to the North. For those who do not want to drive, transport can be arranged to and from either Alicante or Murcia airports.

This is an atractive 1st floor apartment in a 2 storey block with a large solarium on the roof with a built in BBQ, sun loungers, table and 4 chairs and delightful balcony overlooking an almond grove with distant views to the sea (5KM). A good sized shared pool that is rarely busy,is 50m away and the villamartin complex with numerable bars, restaurants and shops is a 10-15 minute walk. The Blue flag, child friendly La Zenia beach is a five minute drive and there are three golf courses within ten minutes and many more further afield.

The aparatment has been comforatbly furnished with two single beds and one double. The ensuite has a large shower enclosure, the second bathroom has a bath. The kitchen has a full range of modern appilances including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The lounge/diner has two sofas, a dining table for four, TV (English channels, stereo and DVD. There is small private garden to the rear.

Rates

Low Season Price : £225
High Season Price : £295 per Week

Rental rates range from £225 per week in late autumn, winter and spring through to £295 per week in July and August. A charge of 50 Euros (payable locally on departure)is made for cleaning the apartment and changing the linen/towels. As this is our own holiday home we ask that all guest refrain from smoking inside the apartment.

A deposit of £150 deposit is required with all bookings of which £100 is towards the rental cost and £50 as deposit against lost keys/breakages. The balance of the rental is due 6 weeks prior to departure
