Its a peaceful area offering a relaxing holiday or a long term stay yet all amenities are closeby. Its an ideal golf destination, offering 3 golf courses within 5 minutes drive, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. 30 minutes drive away is the more famous La Finca and La Manga courses. For families the communal pool is safe and relaxing by day or there's the option of quad biking, bowling, cart racing or the aquapark in Torrevieja.  
 
The apartment is on the third floor easily accessed by the elevator and has great views of the area.  
It's a bright, airy apartment with open-plan kitchen, leading into the spacious living/dining room.  
The TV has UK, Spanish, children's and satellite channels. 
There's a large balcony that has the sunshine until midday which has great views to the sea and surrounding area. There's also a sunny balcony at the door entrance all afternoon to late evening. 
There's a small utility room near the main entrance door that has the washing machine, water heater, sun loungers, beach umbrella, cooler box, a room heater, ironing board and iron etc. 
There are security grills on the corridor windows.  
The bedrooms have a double and two single beds in addition to a sofa bed. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. 
A welcome pack can be arranged on arrival at extra cost. 
Arrangements can be made to collect you from the airport. 
The property manager will meet and greet you with the keys and show you to the apartment. 
There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access. 
 
There are many beaches to chose from locally to sunbathe or just enjoy a long relaxing stroll ie La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Playa Flamenca. There are many markets to visit where you can haggle at leisure, Playa Flamenca being the largest local market. Within 5 minutes walk there are local bars, restaurants (Indian, Chinese, English, Spanish Tapas ), shops, services, banks. The lovely Villamartin Plaza is 15 minutes walk away where there are many great restaurants, bars etc. Many enjoyable nights can be spent here and there's entertainment there all year round. If you want to go further afield just a 5 minute taxi will take you to La Zenia ( passing the infamous Paddy's Point Bar) or the Cabo Roig strip. 
 
Villamartin is located on the Orihuela Costa and is built around one of the most prestigious golf courses in the Spain. It has all the amenities you would expect to find with panoramic view of the Mediterranean. There are several commercial areas with a variety of shops and supermarkets and numerous plazas with a selection of bars and restaurants. 
 
Villamartin Plaza offers a lively multicultural mix of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. In this tropical setting you can have an enjoyable night out in the open air. Sitting in Villamartin Plaza beneath the palm trees you can enjoy taking in the sights, admiring the exotic flowers or watching the native green parrots. You can take a table upstairs for an even better view of Villamartin Plaza. 
 
For those not interested in golf, the beautiful sandy beaches and the warm waters of the Mediterranean are only 5 minutes drive away. The AP7 motorway and N332 coastal road are easily accessed within 5 minutes and day trips to many cities and local attractions can be possible. Alicante ,Orihuela ,Elche , Murcia , Mar Menor , La Manga, Cabo de Palos and slightly further afield to Granada , Almeria or Valenica. 
 
There are 2 airports within close proximity. Alicante is 40mins and Murcia is 20mins. Both have the AP7 motorway or N332 coastal roads to chose from. Airport collections can be arranged or if hiring a car directions will be given. 
A number of international airlines are flying into both airports ie Easyjet , Ryanair , Aer Lingus and BA to chose from.

    25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. There's a cleaning charge of €50 and €10 per adult laundry charge. Child Carry cots can be rented if required. Daily rates and weekend rates also available. Long termbookings also available - Monthly rate of £350 Minimum of 2 months period required for long term . A months deposit is required in advance
