Main Description
This is a 5 year old modern villa set in rustic land surrounded by hills and the well renowned olive and almond trees of the Jalon Valley. As you travel to the Villa you will see lush grape vines in the summer months ready for picking in September, and if you take a winter break in late January early February the Valley is aglow with colour of the almond blossom. The Villa has a large entrance with parking spaces and is raised above the surrounding area.
Eight steps bring you to the front entrance and upon entering the Villa you step into a large lounge/T.V room and dining area (There is a large log fire for the cooler evenings). From the lounge you can step out onto a large shaded patio via the patio doors where there is a sitting area for coffee or light snacks and where breakfast can be served. From the patio there are steps down to the large swimming pool and sun bathing terraces. Around the pool are sun beds and towels provided. There is also a large covered shower room, changing room and toilet. An outdoor kitchen by the pool, which is fully equipped and can be used by guests as self catering. There is a small bar for drinks. Away from the pool set in the gardens is a large roofed gazebo with seating as a quiet area for relaxing with a book or a cool drink. The villa is private and quiet but only two minutes from the main road to Jalon or Benissa and 15 mintues from the beach. The front bedroom with a view of the gardens has a double bed, tea making facilities and a DVD player. All bedding provided. The ensuite bathroom has bath with shower, hairdryer and towels are provided. There is a twin bedroom and double bedroom at the rear of the Villa looking out onto the fruit trees and Bernia Hills. The ensuite bathroom has shower, hairdryer and towels provided. All bedrooms have circulating fans and radiators. A cot can be provided upon request for use in the twin bedroom. Housekeeping is done on a daily basis (except Sundays) Each guest has their own front door and bedroom key. There is a separate entrance to the back of the Villa if required (with steps).

This is a home from home style bed and breakfast set in the rustic area of the Jalon valley 15 mins from the sea.
The villa is raised by 8 steps and you enter into a large lounge/dining area. Separate entrance is available,own key provided. A large parking area in front of villa is surrounded by gardens.
At the side of the villa is a large sun terrace around the swimming pool. Next to the pool there is a changing room,shower,toilet and fully equipped American kitchen for self catering should you wish.There is a patio for sitting in the shade, sun beds and towels provided around the pool area. A small bar outside for drinks. In each bedroom are tea making facilities a hairdryer and towels provided.Ironing facilities available.
Front en-suite double bedroom with DVD.Two additional bedrooms, one with twin beds and one double with en-suite.
Continental breakfast is served by the pool,on the patio or in the dining room.

Low Season Price : €280
High Season Price : €315 per Week
Rates 40 - 45 euros per room per night
A deposit of 25% is required on booking, paid by bank transfer (conformation of booking will be given when bank transfer is received)Deposits are NOT refundable.
Final payment in EUROS must be made night before departure or weekly when longer stays are made
