2 Bedroom Apartment in Valencia City

The living room and kitchen are open plan with a breakfast bar. The living room has cable TV with over 70 channels (most can be changed to English) and hi-speed Wi-Fi internet. There are also DVDs, books, games, etc. and an iPod docking station. It has seating for 5, plus extra chairs, and can sleep 2. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and the bar area seats 6. It has a kettle, toaster, microwaves, pots, pans, etc. 
There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and another with a double sofa-bed.  
If you're travelling with a baby, a travel-cot is available on request at no extra charge. We also have a highchair and bedding. 
The bathroom has a full-sized bath with shower, a well-lit mirror area and a hairdryer, straighteners and tongs in the draw. 
The apartment also has a patio area with a table and chairs for 2 although it doesn't get sun all day. We ask that smokers do so in the patio. We can consider pets on request. 
It has a private entrance on the ground floor (perfect for people with children or those who are unable to manage stairs). The flat's ground floor position and brick walls makes it naturally cool throughout the hot, Valencian summer, and it has an effective ceiling fan system and a portable fan as well. We have gas central heating for winter.  
My husband and I look after the flat ourselves, so we will be there to personally answer your questions and help in any way we can.

The flat is located in a prime area of Valencia (Russafa). It has plenty of bars and restaurants, 4 supermarkets and a market selling fresh produce all within walking distance. Calle Cadiz is particularly good for bars and restaurants. It is vibrant and trendy yet the flat is on a quiet street so you will be guaranteed a good night's sleep.  
The area has good transport links with several bus stops on the doorstep. The main train station and underground are only 15 mins away on foot. As is the River Park, where you can do lots of outdoor activities and which contains the City of Science.  
Valencia has something for everyone: blue skies and sunshine; the beach; museums, art galleries and monuments; shopping; paella and tapas; world famous festivals such as Las Fallas and La Tomatina.  
We will be happy to fill you in on anything you want to know and we have also supplied a visitors' guide, maps, etc. to get you started.
