This top floor apartment has 90 m², with 2 double bedrooms (one suite) and 2 bathrooms,open kitchen, dining room, living room, and terrace of 25 m² with outdoor jacuzzi and barbaque. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view to the sea and port.

Air conditioned cold and hot, fireplace, electronics, tv with international channels, dvd, speaker for Ipod, fast internet, alarm and telephone. A comfortable attic to enjoy your stay in Valencia being close to the sea.

There is metro station port-aeroport, bus station, train station, taxi stop, and all the services in the area. It does not have handicapped access, (no lift).

You can go walking (500 meters from the apartment) or you can even buy everything online 3 days before your arrival at www.mercadona.es (English version available). You can ask for them to bring the food to the apartment at the time and day that you wish. It is very usuful because you will not waste time going to the supermarket and you will not have to carry heavy bags to the apartment (remember there is no lift). Home delivery costs around 6 euros.Also, there is another good supermarket named Consum at C/ Arquitecto Alfaro nº 5 (300 meters from the apartment).

RESERVATION is the half of the total rent, reservation is payable by credit card (only Visa or Mastercard are allowed) or bank transfer. When you come to the flat you will have to pay the other half of the total rent, must be paid in cash) + the SECURITY DEPOSIT 300€ (you will have to give us a number of credit card Visa or Mastercard and the expiration date, we will give you the deposit back directly in your credit card when you leave the apartment) If you cancel the booking, reservation will not be refundable. Once the reservation is done, tell me the time that you intend to arrive to Valencia, I will be ready to give you the keys at the apartment. Then, we will meet you at the apartment, we will sign the lease contract, and pay the money. When your stay finishes, you will only have to leave the two set of keys on the table in the apartment and close the door behind you.
